Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager. Please feel free to call our office at (817) 282-3411 at any time if you have questions or concerns regarding your account.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement reflecting any insurance payment. Insurance payments often are not received by this office for at least 4 – 6 weeks from the date of service. Please let us know if your statement does not reflect a payment from your insurance company. Any remaining balance, after the insurance payment is made, is your responsibility. We can assist you in making a monthly payment plan, but it must be done prior to the beginning of the dental procedure.
We accept all debit cards and these major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express.
