Rejuvenate your smile today!

From simple fillings to dentures, Dr. Treviño has the expertise and gentle touch to provide you with the best care possible.

Dentures

If decay or gum disease is prevalent, then dentures may be recommended by Dr. Treviño. Dentures are a removable prosthesis that replaces all of the teeth in your mouth. Dentures are primarily held in by the natural suction forces and contour of the bone of your jaw. If having loose dentures is a concern for you, Dr. Treviño can strategically place implants in your jaw so that your denture “snaps” into place without the need for adhesive. Dr. Treviño can also make your existing dentures “tighter” by relining them in-office so that you will not have to go without them!

Partial Dentures

If several teeth are missing in your mouth and implants or bridges are not an option for you, then Dr. Treviño may recommend a partial denture. A partial denture is a prosthesis that is custom made to your mouth to replace all of the teeth that are missing. The difference between a bridge and partial denture is that a partial denture can be removed, whereas a bridge is cemented into place. Dr. Treviño can easily fabricate a lightweight partial denture that is natural looking without the use of unsightly metal.

Bridges

Gum disease, injury, and decay may result in the loss of a tooth or teeth. A missing tooth or teeth can cause a cascade of problems that are not immediately noticed, but are difficult to correct if proper care is not taken. Over time, the neighboring teeth above and around the missing teeth will shift causing bite problems, more cavities, discomfort, and pain. If implants are not an option for you, then a porcelain bridge is made to replace the missing tooth/teeth before any detrimental shifting of the teeth occurs. Dr. Treviño first prepares the teeth on both sides of the space for crowns, while a prosthetic tooth is fused between the crowns to fill the area of missing tooth/teeth. This bridge is cemented into place, not to be removed, and your smile is renewed.

Root Canals

Root canal treatment is a specialized part of dentistry requiring a great deal of clinical training. As a result, many dentists choose to refer a patient to a specialist. However, Dr Treviño has performed many successful root canal treatments in his office, using advanced technology with the latest techniques and materials.

Crowns / Caps

Your teeth undergo a tremendous amount of stress during your lifetime. Teeth may show this wear in a variety of ways, including the chipping and cracking of fillings or tooth structure. Often times, people will be unaware of such occurrences. Dr. Treviño uses an intra-oral camera that displays the affected teeth on a large computer screen. This allows his patients to see the problem areas and be educated on their oral health. Crowns restore and protect your teeth from chipping or breaking again. Porcelain crowns can be shaded to match your teeth, blending perfectly with their natural color and restoring your smile. Dr. Treviño uses the most esthetic, high strength crowns available.

Extractions

There are several instances that require a tooth to be extracted: a tooth has a cavity that is too large to be repaired, a tooth is extremely broken, a tooth is loose and has no true attachment in the jaw due to gum disease. Dr. Treviño will ensure that your experience will be comfortable if one or more extractions are needed.

Tooth Colored Fillings (Mercury Free)

If you are embarrassed about your smile because of decayed teeth or old, discolored fillings, you may be a good candidate for composite fillings. A composite filling is a tooth colored material that is bonded to your teeth to restore them to their original form and function, giving you a healthy smile.
